it’s a scam and they prey on people like you who start to believe these things.

It is a scam. No foreign lottery is open to U.S. residence. No chance you have won.

It’s a scam. It sounds like a 419 advanced fee fraud. If you contact them and ask how to retrieve your winnings, they will at one point ask for a fee of some sorts so you can get your winnings, which don’t exist. Here’s a site to check out, learn about these types of scams, and maybe get a good laugh.
